Video not getting muted on SX80/SX90 on Ver 9.3.2

Not sure if this is happening with anyone else (or if they have realized this)

 

We have an SX80 & SX20 inter connected on video call using MCU scheduled thru TMS.When the video is muted from TMS for one of the above mentioned devices, its still visible on the VTC call .This did not happen on earlier version of TC.Both devices are having this issues and couldnt find any reference anywhere else (release notes etc)

 

SX80 & SX20 are on 9.3.2 TMS is on 15.6.0 MCU is MSE8510

 

Any pointers or inputs are very much appreciated

It may be a CE9.3.2 issue.  Have you tried running a more recent software release to see if that fixes the issue?  CE9.4.1 is the latest release as at the date of this post.

I am going to try upgrading it to 9.4.1

 

Will revert after the update ...
