Hello.
We have configured routing on network. When video goes through a router video quality deteriorates (when we configured the router ISR as gateway for Cisco IP Phones 9951). But when we configure the Switch 6807 as default gateway for IP Phones video quality was good. Can you help us.

Hi Abzal,
Since the issue is not seen when the switch is configured as default gateway it means that the region / bandwidth settings on cucm are okay and also its not a case of a lower resolution endpoint joining the call. It is most likely being caused by QoS not being applied on your 2900 series gateway which would give priority to video traffic.

Hi, Manish. Thanks for your answer.
But the network is not overloaded. And we have not configure QoS on all devices. This two phones are registered to different CUCM and video is poor qualtiy to one direction, other direction video quality is good.

Hi Abzal,
Can you share the sniffer capture from the direction where it's bad. Also it's worth inspecting the ip traffic route via router vs switch and not just focus on router or switch. Awareness of topology diagram would definetly help in this situation.
Thanks,
Vasanth
