A factory reset of the Touch 10 should work for you - here is a post with the procedure:

You didn't mention which model of endpoint you are using.
If it's one of the older SX20s, you may in fact have Touch 8s, not Touch 10s. The Touch 8s are not supported under CE, and will only work with the TC software.

if it is black with a proprietary power supply then it is a touch 8 and you now need a TC4/5 ect remote. If the the touch panel is white and you have a SX80/SX60 connect the touch panel directly. if not get a small hub and factory reset the touch panel and set up the two to pair. No network/ subnet interference. Put both the touch panel and VTC to a static IP addresss with the same subnet and gateway. If it works like that ( note sip/gatekeeper registeration will fail, after several attempts you will be able to continue with my suggestion). put it back on the network and confirm the two units are on the same subnet.
