Hi Experts,
I am running a Cisco TCS Cluster 5.3. I am having 2 issues the first issue is that I can't download recordings that are bigger than 2GB, when I try using Internet Explorer it downloads the video but the downloaded file is only 0kb. If I try using another browser like Chrome or Firefox it seems like the file downloads but then fails at the end of the download. This used to work before the server was clustered and upgraded from 5.0 to 5.3.
The other issue I am having is I can't play recordings on through the website I always get the error “Cannot play recording. An error has occurred.” I have upgraded Silverlight to the latest version but it still doesn’t work. If I stream a recording that is in progress I don’t have an issue.
Are these 2 problems possibly related?

The 2gb issue is known. I cannot remember the exacy details of this but i think i recall a bug open for this, but i cant check it at the moment.
The error has occurred is most likely because you are trying to playback on https. There is a bug open for this as well. Try playing back on http and see if it works. If the same error is on http i recommend opening a tac case.

Please refer to bug CSCud86695 [Cannot download recordings from TCS web if the file size is over 2GB] and the workaround is to Remote desktop to TCS and download the file. Downloadable and exported recording can be found under E:\data\download.

With regards to the error has occured problem the I am not running Https yet only Http at the moment.

This is resolved in version S5.3.1 released on 10-31-2013.
