VOIP VLAN VPN

I think I put this discussion in the wrong place before...

I am trying to connect a cisco pbx system at one location to the phones at a different location. I am using vpns. I have something wrong because the remote phones cannot get to the CM. I have tried setting the phones to static IP addresses (20.x and 52.x) and tried setting to dhcp. I am attaching a chart of what I have done. See my lonely phone in the lower right.

This is the Video Over IP community, still not the right place for this, you can try Other Collaboration, Voice, and Video Subjects, however, this sounds more like VPN/Routing/ACL/firewall issues, than anything related to the actual voice config.
