VT Advantage Won't Install

An error message claims I am running VT Advantage and to close the program to continue. I am not running it and have never had the program installed on this machine. I tried stopping every process I could, but the error remained.

Run the program called ccinstaller.exe. It will popup a dialog box, make sure the "Full file scrub on uninstall" check box is selected and then click 'Uninstall' button. Unplug the camera, reboot the computer, when the computer starts backup run the ccinstaller program again and then click on the 'Install' button and insert the camera when prompted.
