vTS Telepresence Server Question

I am in the middle of designing a telepresence solution and the customer has decided they wanted multipoint meetings.  With that being said, I thought a 410v would be perfect for this situation.  My only question is, can the 410v work hand in hand with CUCM 10 without a conductor if predefined bridges are set?  Nothing is going to be scheduled and will all be on-demand with a predetermined set of bridges with, at max, about 3-10 users logged into a bridge for a multipoint meeting.

vTS can only running in managed mode

The Cisco TelePresence Server on Cisco MSE 8710 or Cisco TelePresence Server 7010 can be locally managed or remotely managed (by Cisco TelePresence Conductor). All other versions can be run only in remotely managed mode.
