VX-TACTICAL SX20 Output Display Settings

Hi All,

currently i am using 2 VX-TACTICAL for P2P calling.

Now i want to get the display of one of VX-TACTICAL on an other screen as out put, so what configs do i need to change in the box.

As the documents regarding the output display suggest that i have to change the HDMI2 settings but i am unable to get the display.

Kindly help me out.

Does your SX20 have the LIC-SX20-DD license?

What software version is are you running?

Just as the VX Tactival User Guides state, you'd configure the HDMI2 output by going to: Settings > Administrator Settings > Advanced Configuration > Video > Output > HDMI 2 using the Navigation Buttons.

Do you want the HDMI output to mirror the built-in screen or act as an additional screen where you can see selfview and presentation content?
