Hello, we just rolled out WebEx Assistant and for the most part no issues but one lady has a very high pitched voice (mousey) and nothing she says nor where she sits makes any difference. Myself and another male mimic her voice and also are not heard by WebEx Assistance. Is there a known gap in frequencies that the Assistance doesn't pickup? Thanks!
