webex DX 80 secure phone profile registration

we are trying to register webex dx80 on cucm with secure phone security profile with device security mode as encrypted and TLS on, i have added the root cert on the video endpoint security tab under custom(not sure if it is needed). the error am seeing is : failed : SSL connection rejected.  defaulttransport is set to TLS. it works with non-secure profile but we want it to work with secure.

Hi Ravi,

Do you see CAPF certificate download and installed on the DX80? Please delete ITL file from the DX80 web gui and then configure the CUCM phone configuration page to install the certificate and check again.

Hey Vinod, you need to delete ITL file when you are moving the endpoint between different clusters. There was no ITL anyways on the server until the successful registration , anyways am going to mark this as a successful solution
