WebRTC Cisco CMS Webproxy Expressway-E external Access Web Bridge URI no HTTP

Dear community,

I have a CMS with WebRTC external Access.

I can only join from https://join.domain.com. We want also join from http:// .

I already enable HTTP Redirect on XMPP Server but not working.

I also enable HTTP Redirect on Expressway-E & Expressway-C. But still from external I can´t Access the port 80

From internal it´s working with Redirect.

So maybe there is a Firewall issue ? How is the traffic flow for external WebRTC User ?

Regards,

Marco

Sounds like its just blocked on the firewall. So the external request is never hitting the Expressway to perform the redirect.

Hi Mike, thanks for quick Reply. I also thought that so we have to Open Port 80 on external Interface Not nice. So rederict on Expressway only working If the get the request on 80 before? After that traffic goes from expressway-e to C and to CMS webbridge? How can I Track this ?
