TC&MXP:

Corporate phonebooks are not pushed, its a http or https request from the endpoint to the TMS.

So tcp/80 and tcp/443 will do the trick.

MXP:

There is a old style global phonebook which used ftp on old tms/endpoint versions but now uses

TMS from the TMS to the endpoint (would not work behind firewall mode).

Polycom systems might use other ports

I assume your talking about the Corporate Directory. And if so, it's http or https. See the admin doc for info concerning TMS Phone Books:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/tms/admin_guide/Cisco_TMS_Admin_Guide_14-3-1.pdf#page196

And all ports used by TMS can be found in the install doc, page 9:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/tms/install_guide/Cisco_TMS_install_guide_14-3.pdf#page9
