If you have it covered under an active service contract, you should be able to have them replaced - just call up the TAC and log a job (up until 30 April 2018 when the unit reaches the Last Date of HW Support)
If you don't have an active service contract, the TelePresence Lighting Fixture were an orderable part, but as the unit and its components went end of sale with a last ship date for hardware of 30 July 2013, chances of buying a new one are pretty slim.
