403 Forbidden CM to Expressway C

Hi,

 

I need some help here, i'm not too sure why is this forbidden 403 error keep appearing when a call from CUCM  routes to -> Expressway C -> Traversal Zone -> Expressway E -> Mobile Jabber endpoint

 

The calls are still functioning but not sure why it's always logging as 403 from Exp C side.tempsnip.png

Please provide diagnostic logs to investigate why see SIP 403.
