Hi,
I have deployed VCS-C with VCS-E and encountered issues on SIP calls.
We have no issue on traversal calls. A jabber client/external endpoint registered on the VCS-E can do successful SIP calls to any endpoint registered on the VCS-C or vise versa.
We just encountered issues on SIP calls via VCS-C wherein endpoints registered on the VCS-C cannot do successful calls and results a "404 Not Found".
We have endpoints registered on the VCS-C that are on different network subnets.
Endpoints on same network subnets that are registered on the VCS-C can make SIP calls succesfully.
We encounterd the issue if endpoints that are on a different network segment and both are registered on the VCS-C with same SIP domain.
What are the things we need to check on the ACL? or Firewall?
