Dear All,

Please, advice me how to convert the HDMI prot form the Main port HDMI1 to Another HDMI Port 2, or 3, because i have error at the first HDMI Port.

Please, send me any Doc "PDF File" or CAD File help me to do this.

Hi Omar,

you can refer to the link and download the monitor diagnostic tool , infact you can test the Port is that is bad or not.

the zip file contains an instruction manual, an executable file, and a  template in which to record your results for sending to TAC.

HI,

You can try the following sequence if you'd like for example to move to DVI 2

1. Press ‘Phonebook’ button 5 times (audible tone will be heard)
2. Press the number ‘2’ key
