9971 not working

Hello Guys, i have a 9971 phone but i cannot

get the camera to work. all parameters seem fine. i activated it in system ->enterprise configuration ->cisco camera enabled.

any advice to get this working?

and make sure you are using supported version of CUCM otherwise you are running into a known bug CSCtf17163

check the bug details to fix this issue.

the problem is now solved.

it was a power nogotiation problem between phone and switch.
