About xConfiguration

does anybody know what the xConfiguration Experimental Audio Input Microphone 1(1 - 4) EchoControl ResidualEchoMasking is?

I understand this configa are experimental, but I really need to know what it is for.

experimental feature is for developers. it's not recommended to play with the features because you may get unexpected behavior and there is no support for this feature.

Thank you for your advice.

I also understand the config isn't recommended to set to active(aggressive), however there's a codec which was set to aggressive by a vendor.

So that's why I'd like to know what this config is for before I ask the vendor if I could do that.

Can you tell me what this config for, please?
