I wonder if the Acano Manager app still can be used to retrieve statistics from a CMS server.
Are there other alternatives?

Acano Manager is a product of VQ Communications, not Cisco. Refer to their website and support regarding it's features and capabilities.
Cisco just released Meeting Management for CMS, currently it only supports basic call control with more features to come.

Cisco just released CMS Meeting Manager v1.0.
I suppose this replaces the 'old' Acano Manager.
