Hi all!
Have you ever try to add a non-cisco device to the TMS?
I'm now trying to add a Lifesize Team 220 to cisco TMS as a Meeting room and I get the System Not Found error message,
The lifesize is reachable from the tms, but I'm not sure if the user/pass I'm using is correct, since Lifesize doesn't ask you for a username, just the pass,
I was also trying to set the snmp community to the lifesize but I didn't find the way to do that in the documentation,
Can anyone help me with their experience?
Best Regards...

As per the documentation, in the TMS 14.6.1, Lifesize is not in the list of supported devices so the solution here was just to add the Lifesize camera as an Unmanaged Device with the limation that it has; unable to get snapshots, unable to know the status of the device, active, inactive, in call, unable to control its microphone, its camera, and so on...

Can you try setting the SNMP info using the following info at the link belo?

I have a couple of those too and it would be nice to at the very least have them in reporting in TMS.
