Adding a TX9000 and TX1300 to CUCM

When following the Installation guide for the TX9000 and trying to add the system to CUCM the TX system is not listed in the drop down list of devices.

I have uploaded the COP file for the system to CUCM but the TX9000 or 1300 is not listed in the dropdown list when adding a new device.

Could someone point me in the right direction.

TX9000 Version: 1.9.0

CUCM Version: 8.6.2

Haydn,

In order for three screen to work when connecting to the 8710 you must preserve SIP end to end. Based on what I have read it seems that your call is being interworked from SIP to H.323 by your VCS. Is your 8710 using a numeric SIP alias and do you have a search rule or transform to change the CUCM IP to the VCS SIP domain?

Interworking may also explain why you are getting 360p on your other connections. Check your VCS Call Details.

A good reference doc for you is posted here:

Good luck,

Steven
