adding audio call in a ad-hoc conference using TP server audio call gets disconnect

TP Server Version - 4.2(4.18)

CUCM version - 9.1.2.12901-3

Conductor -XC4.1

Steps to replicate the issue

1. We have an ad-hoc video conference ongoing. 3 video phones involved. Everything works fine till here

2. We try to add an audio only IP Phone into this conference.

3. The conference call disconnects.
