Hi,
After upgrading the Cisco codec C60 from 7.2.0 to 7.3.3, PrecisionHD 1080p 12X Camera is not responding and displays on screen as “Camera Upgrade in progress”. We have only one camera attached.
Is this a known issue ? Can someone advice.

Hi Sandesh
Its normal behavior.
You need wait 15 minutes for camera upgrade.
Status of upgrade camera you can see in Configuration> Status> Camera

Hi Oleksandr,
Thanks for your response, It has been more than 3 days and it still displays the same message.
From the status it says camera 1 connected, however on Troubleshooting page it says " ERROR: Selected Video Input Source
No input video signal on selected input connector HDMI 1. This will result in no selfview and no video sent from this device in a call. There could be several reasons why no video is received."
And on the screen it keeps displaying "“Camera Upgrade in progress”

Make sure that the control cable to the camera is plugged in correctly at both ends - the camera upgrade happens over this serial cable, and as Oleksandr mentioned above, it can take quite a while.
If you're still having an issue after this, try power cycling the camera.
