Any Endpoint Technical handbook for Tandberg Ex60?

Dear all,

We have some network problem in the video conference between Ex60 and moiv account, so that we would like to capture the log file of Ex60?

Do anyone have any Techincal handbook for EX60 ? or any nessary file is requested for the futher analysis?
