Application for Telepresence PrecisionHD USB Camera

Is there a standalone desktop application for this camera, or is it meant to be used with other applications like Skype, VLC, etc. ?

Cisco sold the camera to be paired with their video conference applications they were also selling, for example Jabber Video for TelePresence, but the camera can be used with any application that requires a USB camera, doesn't have to be limited to Cisco applications.

Got the firmware 1.5.0 downloaded but it won't run under Win10 or any compatibility modes (Vista, XP or 7).

Any suggestions ?

Is there any camera management software available ?
