Assigning numbers to Jabber/Movie users?

Is it possible to assign individual numbers to Jabber users that aren't related to anything else?

Looking through the options for provisioning in TMSPE, you can only set Device Address Pattern on a group level using things like Office Phone number or username.

We want out Jabber users to have an individual number (e.g. 1234@company.com) so they can be called by regular Cisco phones etc, but we don't want this number tied to anything else such as office phone.

Is there any way we can do this?

Hi,

I'd suggest giving them normal find me type addresses, but then setting up ENUM in your DNS server to map any block of numbers you want to these names - there is more information here - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/vcs/config_guide/Cisco_VCS_ENUM_Dialing_Deployment_Guide_X6.pdf

You can route calls to the number block to VCS and the VCS can have a zone to do the ENUM look up.
