Can I use ATA 186 or 188 to connect with many others ATA or router with FXS VOIP without gatekeeper ?

pls be so kind to explain how you do it using many ATA with H.323 and without a H323 gatekeeper (does not matter whether opensource or not).

You may do it with SIP and a sip server but what about ATA 186 using H.323 - where do you store all the dial peers ??
