audio calling from spark via CUCM

Running CM

Running CUCM 10.6 and have a Spark unit registered to our VCS/TMS.  Would like to enable audio calling only on this so i can remove conference phone in the room.  I have a DID set aside for it and i've seen some documentation about webex hybrid setup and calling. 

Do i need to enable and setup webex calling with this hybrid confifg to do this?

Am i not able to set something up in CUCM to direct inbound calls to the Spark unit and same on Spark to CUCM?

Hybrid calling is a function of could registered devices.
You could do one of two items to get an DID to the device as is:

1 - Register it directly to CUCM
2 - Setup a DN and associate it to a Remote destination (using a SIP pattern from the device), which that SIP pattern of course routed to the Expressway / VCS. VCS would need a search rule pointed back at the CUCM zone as well for outbound calling.
