Hi all,
I got a problem,
I use MCU 4220 and TMS last release.
I create a permant room on MCU I want to manage by TMS, all work fine but:
If I use this way
all partecipants after disconnect go in preconfigured partecipants list on MCU
so far so good but,
If the MCU restarts for any problems, it recalls all the endpoints shows inside the “Pre-configured partecipant status” list. This feature causes many problems when I have some “Permanent Room” that.
Instead, if I make a call directaly from Cisco Codian MCU, after disconnection endpoints never shows in a “Pre-configured partecipant status” and never restart automatic calls after accidental MCU restart.
Is possible make a particolar configuration or software patch on Cisco TMS for solve this issue?
Best Regard

Hi,
You are seeing issue CSCtr35038. Solving this isn't trivial: it requires API changes on the MCU side, which then must be incorporated into TMS. No target milestone has currently been set.
