Back-light issue with the Cisco TelePresence SpeakerTrack 60

Good morning

My client is having an issue with the back-light setting on the new Cisco TelePresence SpeakerTrack 60.

Their codec is a c40 on firmware version 7.1.4

They have just installed the SpeakerTrack 60 in place of a single camera. When the client connects a call the image is very dull. If the client turns the camera back-light off on the codec, and then back on again during the call the image brightens again.

When it was a single camera system the back-light worked perfectly fine.

Any ideas?

but have you tried this command : "systemtools camerarescue"
