bandwidth voip call / One-way or Two-way ?

Hi everybody,

I think that i have a very good question because with my friend google ^^, i don't find any complete answer.

When we calculate bandwidth for voip call, we consider that we have one-way or two-way one ONE call ??

I agree that we don't speak at the same time and we have several mechanisms to decrease the packet size.

So, could you help me ?
