Board 55 IP Setting Issue

Hello, Everyone.

I have a 2 Board55 devices and I used a static ip setting for the devices.

Today, I figured out which the static IP setting is changed to dhcp setting on both devices.

There is an update for board in 2018.12.04.

I don't know whether software updating cause changing ip setting.

If a board have proceeded a software update, does IP setting change to defualt  such as DHCP ?

It’s not supposed to but this wouldn’t be the first update where local settings changes get blown away. You should open a support case over this to help identify the bug.

Just in case there is something else messing with your device settings, you could perform a factory reset on it, then re-apply your configuration.
