booking comfirmation email with TMS

Can i send booking confirm email to specify email address such as 3party email like gmail, hotmail or people from outside organization

How can i do ?

As long as the TMS is configured with an SMTP server to send mail through, and the TMS users that are the meeting organizers are configured with an email address, TMS will attempt to send an email to them.
