Bypass Touch panel 10 not connected on home screen

Hello community,

We have SX80 version CE9 and we don't require Touch 10 to control the system since we will be using AMX control system for all the AV devices including the SX80. Our problem is we cannot bypass the error message on the home screen saying that the Touch 10 is not connected so we cannot be able to operate it. We already did the command xConfiguration Peripherals Profile TouchPanels: 0 then reboot the system but still we cannot achieve what we want.

You don't mention which version of CE9 you are running.   The comand you mention was added in CE9.1, so if you're running one of the earlier CE9.0.x releases, you won't have access to that command.  

Does the SX80 show that there is a Cisco TelePresence Touch paried to the unit (Web Interface > Setup > Peripherals)?  If so, you can use this screen to Unpair it so it doesn't not think that there should still be a Touch10 connected.
