C60.Daisy chained PHD camera. Preset not work correctly.

Hi all

We have C60 with 3 daisy chained camera.

I try configure different presets for each camera.

With Remote Control I successfully configure 15 preset for different cams,  but need more.

I try use API command for activate additional preset, but additional preset can not work correctly.

Also camera control button from GUI is not work correctly. I want change position for second or third cam, but I always move first cam, despite main video source is second or third.

For store additional preset I try use: xCommand Camera Preset Store

But preset not work ((

xstatus for all 3 cameras is true.

xCommand Camera ReconfigureCameraChain is done.

Upgrade codec to 5.1.4

Any ideas?

Can I use both -xcommand camera preset command and -xcommand preset command or preset from RK?

Preset work OK.

Im succesfully configured for AMX 15 all presets + 35 individual presets.

Unclear. Why camera control page not working correctly  from web GUI for C60.

I can moved only first camera in chaine ((  ?

...but that's is not very necessary.

Hi,

Try following command after making your setting position of camera and make main camera

xcommand Preset Store PresetId:1 Type:all Description:"Some Text"

Second command which you mention will save; however it will not be visible on interface i.e.

xcommand camera preset command

So Please use first command and let us know whether it make any difference or not.

What does mean command: xcommand camera preset command ? How it disable if does not need?

Im use  xcommand Preset Store PresetId: 1 type: camera description: "P1" for 15 all presets

and Im use

xcommand   Camera Preset Store PresetId: 1 CameraID: 3 ListPosition: 1 Name:   "2-06 " for 35 individual store preset.

All preset work OK together

Hi,

Both command will work; however as per my test xcommand camera preset can be activated using CLI not through Web Interface. When we set preset using xcommand preset store it can be activated using CLI and Web Interface.

My mistake by xcommand camera preset command I mean xcommand camera preset to save preset for individual camera.

You mention that you face issue when you activate preset using GUI, right ? Which command you use to store preset or you used Remote to save preset ?

Preset is work succesfull from WebGUI.

I activate "allow snapshot", but cannot to rule second or third camera with GUI button (up-down-right-left). Always works first camera.
