c60 Dual Display losing settings

Hi All,

This is a tough one- would really apprciate a hand.

A c60 dual display is set to always show the presentation on the righthand screen.

Consistantly, the righthand screen goes blank, even though  the PC is visible on the left screen by self view.

To mend this we have to change the "presentation only" setting to something else, then back again.

This doesn't really work for us as a solution;  this room and it's meetings are very senior and out of service hours.

We have tried to emulate this issue by switching the PC on/off and VC on/off standby in every combination with no luck.

(the menu is locked)

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

More information need to be provided for this.  For example,

a)how is the system configure, (xconfig, xstatus).

b)Issue happen during a call?

c) is the codec link to any external controller or standalone?

d) is it a cisco dual profile system ?

Thanks for the reply;

a) I cannot print out the config- it is set to show presentation only on the right hand screen and set to dual screen

b) Seems to happen whilst system is idle

c) stand alone

d) no, it's just linked out to two NEC displays

left hand screen is from the HDMI out and the right from the DVI out.
