Caller ID isn't updating

I'm running CUCM 8.6   I can change the caller ID on the PUB, it replicates to the SUB just fine, but when calls are placed, the old caller ID still shows.  I have checked the dbreplication and it says it is fine.  Any ideas?

Caller ID "what" ?

Check the transformation in CUCM, there might be a transformation happening either on CUCM or on gateway under the dial-peer.
