My client is operating a video call centre and is looking to integrate their SIP and H323 based video platforms. They are about to replace CM 4.1.3 with a newer version in order to acchive this, but at the moment it looks like all calls will have to be H263 only as in the CM 7.x versions H264 is only supported if both endpoints use the same protocol (or only SIP actually?), and H263 for any other video calls.
So would be interesting to know if any changes have been done regarding this in the latest version and if a brand new CallManger 8 supports H264 video across H323 to SIP trunks?
