Can a SparkBoard call using H.323

Have a Spark registered SPARKBOARD and I need to have it be able to call customer that is still on H.323 Polycom endpoint.  I have tried putting in the IP address and that does not work.  Found a doc that indicated that I should be able to type in "ip" and then be prompted for the IP address but that does not seem to work anymore either.  Tried h323@<ip address> but that did not work either.

Any solution?

No support for anything other than SIP.

As you've noticed in the linked document, Cisco Spark Board registers to Cisco Spark in the Cisco Collaboration Cloud, which is SIP only. However, if you or the endpoint your calling utilizes a VCS or Expressway, it could interwork between SIP and H323.

Is that Polycom endpoint registering to a gatekeeper?  If so, it may support SIP to H.323 interworking.

ooops the link was already posted. Sorry for that - I cannot remove my entry...
