Can an SX10 Join CWMS and have full audio and video?

Hi,

We have some SX10's registered to CUCM 10.5 and a CWMS its an old version so that maybe an issue.

But should an SX10 be able to join a webex session and have full video and audio features?

Currently it seems only to have audio.

CWMS doesn't support video from any TelePresence video clients. It's been a request for many years but Cisco have said they're not going to implement it.

Gordon is correct - that feature doesn't exist. I'll elaborate some - Webex itself (either cloud or CWMS) does not natively support connection to room video systems like the SX10. What Cisco has done with Webex in the cloud is provide the ability to integrate the A/V in Webex with an MCU or Telepresence Server, which gave you than functionality. This is the case with cloud CMR and also hybrid CMR - they are really mostly the same the main difference being that cloud CMR has the TPS resources in the cloud also, where hybrid CMR uses Webex in the cloud with on prem TPS/MCU resources.

They have not developed CWMS to have this integration, and I'd say it's a pretty safe bet that won't happen at this point.
