can't share presentation or see the remote party presentation on SX20

Hi, 

we have one SX20 with one TV connected to it, we always have a TP calls on it and everything work fine but when we want to show presentation or when the remote party share presentation to us we can't see it on our screen .. 

 

may i know how i can solve that?? 

 

our SX20 software version is  TC6.3.0.3d8e7d1

Check your settings, go to system configuration, video. Look for monitors - I'm guessing yours isn't saying "single" - if the SX thinks there are two monitors and you have only one, that's your problem (the content would display on the second monitor).

it's still the same .. it was under Dual screen but i switch it to Single mode and restart the SX20 but still the same .. any idea please??
