This past week my team and I have run into deployment issues with a SX80 and MX300 G2 both running CE8.2.1 code. My endpoints register to CUCM 10.5.2 and I have default device loads configured for both products (7.3.3 for the sx80 aand 7.3.5 for the mx300 g2). I have auto registration configured on CUCM with DHCP option 150 pointing to my appropriate TFTP server. So far both endpoints with 8.2.1 fail to auto register, touchpad locks up asking for DNS, and web gui on the devices are inaccessible. The only way to correct this matter is to ssh into the device, change provision to cucm and point the external manager to the ip of CUCM. Is this a bug in 8.2.1 or am I missing something? I don't think I need to rattle the endpoint to get it talking to CUCM. Once these two items are corrected they download my preferred device default and are ready to go.

Apparently this is a bug.
