CE 9.4.1 - Touch Panel - Meeting Button - Edit Date Range?

Hi All,

Our Company recently upgraded all our TelePresence units from TC7.3.9 to CE9.4.1,

So far we are loving the upgrade and all the included features, but our biggest complaint (from our users) is that the "Meetings" button will no longer show booked meetings that are further out than one day locally (On the Touch Screen).

In TC7.3.9, the screen would upcoming bookings/meetings. (At least 3 days out)

Does anyone know of a way to adjust the Date Range so that the Touch Control will show more than 1 days worth of meetings?

Hi,

What you see is by design and cannot be modified. From the xAPI you can see the upcoming meetings further out which means you can probably do something with a macro and a In-Room Control Panel to display a few booked meetings in the future.

If you run xCommand Bookings List in the xAPI you get the upcoming meetings. Would that solve your request?
