(CE 9.9+) Macro to disconnect all calls after 'X' call duration

Can a macro be built to trigger on a call connect event, and then once it exceeds a certain duration disconnect the call?

These could be multisite calls, if that matters. I'm not really looking to disconnect a certain call amongst the calls, but really all calls. The usage scenario is really to terminate calls that have been left running after the clients have left, sometime after business hours, rather than allowing them to continue until the next day (or the next time someone uses the room, which could be several days).

I've been poking away at making a script to do this for a while and I'm not having much luck so far. Wondering if anyone else has done this, or knows how.
