CFWD ALL comes on randomly....... 1 user!

Got a user who is saying that his phone goes CFwdALL to their mobile randomly

I have taken the CFwdALL softkey button out, just to make sure it isnt user error and locked them out of accessing the CCMUser webpage. Still happens randomly.

They have swapped the handsets

This is not a shared liine.

I cant not seem to work out what is causing this?

CUCM Version 7.1.5

Any ideas as to what to look at? If it was replication...... surely it would affect more than one person?

Also tried deleting and recreating the UDP and phone in CUCM........ makes no difference at all........
