Change the payload size of the Voice packet

Hi,

Based on the white paper of Cisco, the packetization delay of payload size 160byte for G711 is 20msec. The packetization delay of payload size of 240 byte for G711 is 30msec.

I would like to know how I can change or control the size of the RTP packet payloads from the default value of 160 bytes to 240 bytes for G711 on CCM and on Routers

You could do it with a 'voice class codec' command also where you specify which codecs and which payload size to negotiate, and then assign that class to a incoming dial-peer.
