Cisco 4220 maximum participants

Hi,

I have a Cisco 4220 MCU. I want to know if I can have more than 20 participants in a conference without having to cascade 2 conferences.

I checked it, but only the first 20 participants are connected with a video call. The remaining participants are connected as voice call.

Hi Payam,

I'm not that familiar with the Teleprecense solution yet, but reading about the capacity of the different 4220 devices it says that the CTI-4210-MCU-K9 supports 20 with Video and extra 20 with voice for a total fo 40 pariticpants, not sure if this is what you have.

I have CTI-4220-MCU which has 40 video & 40 audio ports, but I am unable to have a conference with more than 20 video participants.
