HI Team,
We have a strange issue with Cisco Codec C20, that seems to have happened following an upgrade to software release TC7.3.15.a9f4c3a
The On Screen Display is showing the wrong date & time, however we have NTP configured and synced. From command line, we can see that the NTP server is specified and polling, and the date / time are correct.
systemtools ntp
remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter

however on the On Screen Display it is showing the incorrect date and time
has anyone seen this issue before? any help would be appreciated

Have you got both the correct "OlsonZone" and "Zone" set for the Time in the Configuration? ie, for here in Adelaide:
xConfiguration Time OlsonZone: Australia/Adelaide xConfiguration Time Zone: GMT+09:30 (Adelaide)

Might be a dumb question, but have you turned it off and on again? Does a reboot fix the time, or is it consistently out? Is it out by a consistent amount? Any reason you aren't running the latest software release (TC7.3.17)?
