Hi,
I have a question about the Cisco C40.
Setup is:
Multiple 50" led tv.
Cisco C40
Current situation when in connection and presentation.
First screen, presentation and far-end & near-end small.
Second screen, only presentation
Desired situation.
First screen, only far-end (full screen)
Second screen, only presentation (full screen)
I can't see the option in the C40. Upgrade to the newest software doesn't help.
Has someone an idea?
Thanks!
Greetings,
Peter

Hi Peter,
My name is Mubashshir and I am from the Telepresence Support Team. Basically you will need to setup monitor configuration on the codec and the layouts and you should be able to achieve this setting.
Here are the required commands :
xConfiguration Video Monitors: DualPresentationOnly
xConfiguration Video Layout LocalLayoutFamily: PresentationLargeSpeaker
xConfiguration Video Layout RemoteLayoutFamily: PresentationLargeSpeaker
xConfiguration Video Output HDMI 1 MonitorRole: First
xConfiguration Video Output DVI 2 MonitorRole: Second
Please try this and share the results.

Edit: Mubashshir beat me
I assume you have DualDisplay option installed, but have you configured the monitor role to what you want to do;?
I use the following:
Web GUI:
Advanced Configuration/Video/Output:
DVI 2: Monitor Role:First/Second/PresentationOnly - set to "PresentationOnly"
HDMI 1Monitor Role: First/Second/PresentationOnly - set to "First"
Works for me

Hi Jens,
Thanks for your answer.
What do you mean with DualDisplay option installed?
I didn't install something extra between the new C40 software.

Peter

Hi Peter,
Its not a software, its actually a license which is installed. Can you login to the Web GUI and then paste the output under the Installed Options.
It should look something like this :

He-he-he, beaten to it again.
The unit would most probably have been purchased with this option, which may or may not have been pre-installed prior to delivery.
Web GUI: Diagnostics/System Information - you see something like

Damm you two are fast!
Installed options: NaturalPresenter
NaturalPresenter is the only option.

Don't forget to turn on dualdisplays when you get it
Good idea to take a look at the admin guide as well:
