CISCO CE9.8.1 ISSUE

Does anyone know what is causing upgrading from Ce9.X.X to Ce9.8.1 is turning off NetworkServices - H.323 ???  When using TMS to perform the upgrade. 

 

This is getting very frustrating ....

What devices are you having issues with?  Are you using the correct upgrade from TMS for Room Series devices (you need to use the .loads file, not the .pkg one)?  Do you perhaps have a TMS template applied to the devices which is affecting their behaviour?   Is there any reason you are deploying an older version of the software and not one of the newer releases (CE9.8.1 is over 3 months and multiple versions behind the latest release)?
